How do I choose which line to start with?
Start with the garment your customer already expects from a brand like yours, not the one with the best margin. A first drop that sells through in three weeks funds the second drop. A clever product nobody was asking for funds nothing.

Can you make a product that is not on this list?
Probably, if it is cut and sew in a knit or woven fabric. Send the reference and we will tell you within a day whether it is a good fit for our floor. We do not do tailoring, formal suiting, leather goods, footwear or hard accessories. Saying that plainly saves both of us three weeks.

Yes, but each style carries its own minimum. Twenty five hoodies and 25 tees is two lots of 25, not one lot of 50, because each needs its own pattern, marker and line setup.
No. Reorders start at the same minimum and skip sampling, so they run in 15 days.
T-shirts, at 12 days of bulk production. Jackets are the slowest at 20 days because of the number of components.
Yes. Post the garment to us and we will measure it, match the fabric as closely as our mill range allows, and send a sample for side by side comparison.
